Your Role

As an AU Technical Estimator, you are responsible for:

• Sales & Quoting:
• Generate quotes for customer solutions in consultation with Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Strictly adhere to company pricing policies and sales strategies.
• Follow up on all generated quotations.
• Customer & Account Management:
• Provide support to BDMs and Technical Estimators in managing customer accounts.
• Respond to all customer inquiries within the same business day.
• Provide customers with necessary drawings and documentation.
• Administrative & Reporting:
• Process and manage all sales orders.
• Ensure job files are complete before transferring them to the production planner.
• Maintain and update the Zoho customer database.
• Provide sales reports as required.
• Market Awareness:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products.
