The Role

We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Travel Account team. Your main role will be to assist customers with their travel needs — including bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries — using popular GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

You’ll communicate with customers via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary updates
  • Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (chat, email, ticketing)
  • Ensure documentation and booking details are updated correctly
  • Deliver high-quality service that meets both customer and company standards
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
