A logistics company in Selangor is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to enhance recruitment and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources and a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, with a preference for those with exposure to blue collar hiring. This role focuses on driving excellence in HR processes and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
