Ansell is looking for a Manager, Supply Chain to join our team in Cyberjaya!

In this position you will play a vital role in ensuring supply reliability, optimizing logistics operations, and driving strategic supply chain initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with planning, production, and logistics teams to enhance performance, mitigate risks, and support business growth.

Supply Planning & Demand Reliability
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain connectivity from Regional Category Management to production and logistics.
  • Conduct capacity analysis and finalize utilization strategies in partnership with Planning.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to enable informed decisions on CBO mitigation, capacity management, and multi-source product strategies.
Logistics & Operational Execution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backorder issues, including supplier delays, customs challenges, and NRP changes.
  • Manage airfreight strategy and ensure visibility through centralized tracking tools.
  • Lead resolution of vessel delays, repackaging, and returns to minimize customer service disruptions.
  • Execute logistics-related cost mitigation strategies under the Tariff Response Plan.
Production Schedule Adherence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve TIP/TOP schedule adherence and production reliability.
  • Enhance shipping conformance and supplier performance metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and collect data to track KPIs across internal and external suppliers.
Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives
  • Refresh and implement the Product Supply Playbook, including cleanroom mapping and category strategy updates.
  • Support the Garnet initiative to improve supply chain resilience.
  • Drive improvements in Scientific BU KPIs such as CBO, Internal STP, and Internal OTIF.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in capacity planning and KPI tracking.
  • Proficiency in supply chain systems and tools (e.g., SAP, IBP, Excel dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with airfreight, customs, and supplier performance management is a plus.
