Job summary
A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a driven sales professional to enhance customer retention and achieve sales targets. The role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, flexibility in working hours, and effective communication abilities. Candidates should have a Secondary School qualification, with preference given to those with automotive industry experience. - Take the lead in driving sales initiatives to achieve predefined targets.

- Continuously acquire and update knowledge and expertise on our products.
- Participate in roadshows, vehicle displays, canvassing, sales activities, and launch events.
- Identify and engage potential clients using diverse strategies, including social media outreach and livestreaming.
- Effectively manage daily sales prospecting activities.
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment and consistently meet challenging monthly sales targets.
- Display creativity in devising strategies to boost sales through innovative planning and implementation.
- Prior experience in handling new vehicle sales processes would be an advantage.
- Willing to work long hours.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport with a valid “D” driving licence.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Added advantage if able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Result-oriented, tenacious, and able to handle stressful situations and challenges.
- Good presentation skills and effective communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry and a proven track record.
