We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand our presence in the Malaysia automotive parts market.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage the Malaysia sales portfolio and identify new market opportunities
• Oversee contract processes and ensure compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key customers
• Work closely with internal teams to support delivery and after‑sales performance
• Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales, including at least 3 years managing the Malaysia or regional market
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia automotive landscape and OEM models
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and market development skills
• Knowledge of automotive body parts, NVH components, and standard sales processes
