Job description

Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including promotions, tactical activities, in-store POP and creative assets.

Supervise marketing executives, designers and agency partners to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality delivery.

Serve as the main liaison between marketing, operations, merchandising, retail teams and suppliers.

Maintain campaign timelines, SOPs, documentation and store briefing processes.

Oversee PR coordination, media relations, press releases, event support and influencer collaborations.

Monitor performance of campaigns across all digital platforms and prepare regular reports.

Conduct store visits to ensure brand consistency, compliance and execution quality.

Support content planning for social media, short-form videos and digital marketing assets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of product and brand marketing experience; retail experience is an advantage.

Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail, including in-store promotions, tactical activities, and digital channels.

Proven experience in managing marketing teams and working with agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.

Exposure to PR activities, media relations, events, or influencer collaborations is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative and proactive, with a good understanding of brand management and retail marketing strategy.
