Job Responsibilities:

Responsible in overall project planning, construction and management tasks from inception to completion stage.

Familiar with planning requirements, land matters and development strategies; specifically Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA).

To identify overall statutory requirements and application procedure/process including Government policy in relation to project planning.

Responsible to undertake Authorities liaison works; familiar with Authorities approval condition including compliances of statutory requirements.

Responsible in managing submission, approval, tender and construction timeline in accordance to the master program.

Technically sound in design; able to read and comments on consultants design to optimization & compliances.

To lead in Client Consultant Meetings, Technical Meetings & Site Meetings.

Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance to the project drawings & specifications, work schedule, safety and relevant requirements.

To work closely with consultants and contract department to ensure the tender & award activities in accordance to planning timeline.

To provide reporting & updates to superior and Management.

Undertake all other duties, task and responsibilities as required by the superior & Management from time to time.

Have full cycle of project experience in residential and commercial projects (high rise & landed).

Able to manage project independently with minimum supervision.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural/ Mechanical & Electrical/ Architecture or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in property development (mid to high rise) from planning to construction completion stage, CCC.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (English is a must).

Proficient in MS Office applications with good report writing skills.

Proactive and ability to work in fast pace environment meeting tight project deadline.

Strong analytical skill and detail oriented.

High standards of constructions work in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC etc.

Able to build effective and long-standing partnership across with relevant stakeholders.

Willing to travel within Klang Valley; possess own transport.

Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.

Proven leadership and problem solving skill in projects.
