The ideal candidate will be a Malaysian-qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house or within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, providing regulatory advice, and managing litigation risks. Strong commercial and interpersonal skills are essential as the candidate will support strategic projects and engage with internal stakeholders.

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and motivated in-house legal counsel to join the Group Legal and Risk Management team. The successful candidate will provide legal support across a range of business functions and assist in managing legal risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational and strategic initiatives across the Group.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and regulatory experience, with experience in handling a variety of legal matters including some prior litigation management. In-house experience would be a plus but is not a requirement.
