Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a Project Manager immediately. We are looking for someone who is a quick study, self-motivated, detail-oriented, great at communicating, highly organized, a multi-tasker, and can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams with limited supervision.

In this role, you will work with the Senior Program Manager to ensure the successful and timely completion of the company's priority projects and programs. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination of resources, meetings, and events including scheduling, setting agendas, and capturing notes and tasks.
• Effective communication with project teams via calls and emails, ensuring commitments are met.
• Creating and managing project schedules, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Monitoring progress on deliverables, action items, decisions, and escalating risks/issues.
• Running calls, liaising with vendors, defining scope, gathering requirements, testing, and handling reviews/approvals of deliverables.
• Managing vendor documentation and versioning, including design reviews, approvals, payments, quotes, and files.
• Assisting with event management and coordination from start to finish, including planning, venue, and follow-up actions.
• Managing the development of project publications, including company newsletters.
• Providing strategic input on planning, standardization, operations, manufacturing, automation, and materials management.
• Stakeholder integration, resource planning, and change management on projects.
• Supporting teams with checklists, standard processes, and resources.
• Creating and managing documents on MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Other duties as assigned based on business priorities.

Required Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in corporate project management.
• CAPM Certified or PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Independent, focused on completing projects on time.
• Ability to travel up to 10% or as needed.
