Job summary
A leading technology service provider in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a skilled L2 Technical Support Specialist to manage and resolve system integration issues. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires providing high-quality systems support, troubleshooting effectively, and working shifts for 24x7 support. Strong skills in MSSQL, MYSQL, HTML, CSS, and PHP are essential.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Systems Support or Technical Support roles.
- Willing to work on shifts for 24x7 support as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical and systems support, addressing integration issues.
- Ensure high competence in system integration and technical specifications.
- Manage incidents through their lifecycle.

- Provide L2 technical and systems support, promptly addressing integration issues reported by clients or teams, and proactively diagnosing and resolving challenges to ensure seamless functionality.
- Ensure a high level of technical competence in system integration, technical specifications, and systems support, consistently meeting SLA/KPI and quality targets.
- Manage incidents through their lifecycle, prioritising and closing multiple tasks within deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction with resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 and diligently follow up with the respective team until ticket closure.
- Participate in new product training and share new product information and knowledge with the team.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in Systems Support / Technical Support roles.
- Willing to work on shifts for 24x7 support as required.
- Familiar with MSSQL/MYSQL, HTML/CSS/PHP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as adept at troubleshooting customer issues effectively.
