• Execute wafer rework procedures and out‑of‑control action plans (OCAP) on SPC failure events.
• Carry out routine 5S tasks in plasma/thermal working areas for ANKO wafers.
• Manage Anko wafer control—withdrawal from store, storage, and housekeeping of used wafers.
