Job summary
A financial service provider located in Subang Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an individual to handle daily branch operations and administration. The role involves managing compliance affairs and supporting IT operations while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Higher Secondary qualification and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong computer literacy and customer service skills. Relevant experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Preferably ex-bankers or executives with relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily branch operations, administration, and internal control functions.
- Manage company compliance affairs and support IT operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support branch operational efficiency.
