We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & Production Planning Executive to manage procurement activities and coordinate production schedules. This role ensures timely sourcing of materials, cost efficiency, and smooth production flow to meet customer demand and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Coordinate with suppliers to source raw materials, packaging, and equipment at competitive prices.

Negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.

Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities.

Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and production planning updates for management.
