Job Description

• Issue, process e-invoices and reconcile them accurately with ledgers.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process payment requests and verify supporting documentation to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
• Support financial audits and assist in tax filing and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper handling accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in any additional tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or a similar professional accounting qualification. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in auditing or accounting.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of reliability.
