Job Description

As an IT / Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the company’s IT and technology needs. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and other technology‑focused positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skills required.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, coding challenges, or practical tests as required by the role.
  • Develop strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT/technical roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, DevOps, data analytics, cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
