The role requires prior sales and customer service experience, along with excellent communication skills in English. Candidates must be committed and willing to learn, undergoing a two-week unpaid training followed by a paid trial period. The position offers a monthly salary of $1,400 USD with potential bonuses based on performance in a structured working schedule from M-F 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.

CondeLeon Investment Group is hiring bilingual customer service representatives for our marketing and sales departments.
We are a real estate acquisitions company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, USA with our focus in residential real estate.
- Prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.
- A strong internet connection and reliable computer.
- No distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.
- Fluent in advanced English language (Both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills especially on the phones.
- 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc. on a daily basis.
- Responsible, Punctual, and Committed.
- Willing to learn and train on a daily basis.
- Must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of M-F 8 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM EST.
- Willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period + 30 day trial period (paid but might not be employed past the 30 days if metrics are not hit).
- $1,400 USD per month salary with potential bonuses per metric hit.
