A digital marketing agency in Mexico is looking for a Digital Media Account Manager. The successful candidate will lead clients focusing on Google and Meta ads, manage project deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital programs is required, along with strong project management skills and the ability to analyze performance metrics. A day in the life:The Digital Media Account Manager should have strong client‑facing skills and be able to participate as a subject matter expert in client meetings.
The Digital Media Account Manager is responsible and accountable for the daily management of client communication, project management, and strategic account planning, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide recommendations based on data.
The ideal candidate for this role has previous, direct experience managing multi‑media clients and is multi‑faceted. Understanding and the ability to apply digital marketing best practices in relevant areas are a must and key to the candidate’s success. Strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to educate and manage client expectations will be a critical part of the job.
