A technology solutions company is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to promote and sell its products in Mexico. Responsibilities include preparing technical presentations, generating sales leads, and collaborating with customers and engineers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Tooling Engineering and a minimum of four years in technical sales. The position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement with a competitive salary range.

Formación

  • Valid passport, travel visa, and current driver's license required.

We are looking for self‑motivated, experienced professionals to join our team. Currently ZOLLER Tecnologias is seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to sell our products in Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company products or services to customers.
  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Collaborating with managers to understand customer requirements and provide proper solution to customer.
  • Preparing visit reports, quotations, and proactive telephone follow‑up on submitted quotes.
  • Generating high‑quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales with support of responsible manager.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Have a valid passport, travel visa and current driver's license.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Tooling Engineering or minimum of four to six years sales experience in the field of tooling, CNC machining, or measuring equipment.
  • Profound expertise with focus on tool holders and tools.
  • Experience and success in technical sales.
  • Possess both mechanical engineering knowledge and problem‑solving skills, as well as people skills required to convey knowledge effectively.
  • Have proven experience in computers, networking and software, namely MS Office, XP Professional, Windows 7 and up, and ERP system.
  • Be well organized, analytical, and able to communicate proficiently during presentations through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Ability to work/travel a flexible schedule including weekends.
  • Willingness to travel outside of specified region.
  • Be a flexible team player as well as work independently.
