Senior Tester at BairesDev

As a Senior Tester, lead in crafting comprehensive test strategies and methodologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding test planning, execution, and managing critical testing phases, ensuring high‑quality software delivery and mentoring junior team members.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of junior and semi‑senior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive the adoption of new testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing team.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers for quick resolution of issues.
• Provide expert insights into the test planning and strategy sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience with Testing.
• Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Advanced level of English.
