This entry-level position involves supporting premium directory management operations, processing sales and cancellations, and managing client information. Responsibilities include monitoring sales, entering business details into systems, and resolving directory status issues. Responsabilidades

  • Monitor for new sales and create fulfillment cases.
  • Enter client's business information into platforms.
  • Connect and maintain client's account and subscriptions.
  • Perform bi-monthly listing information checks and data entry.
  • Conduct quarterly client searches for duplicate listings.
  • Identify and suppress duplicate directory listings.
  • Resolve directory status issues with support team.
  • Process product cancellations and submit documentation.

Digital Marketing - PDM Specialist

Role Summary :

This entry-level position supports premium directory management operations by processing new sales and cancellations, managing client information, completing data entry, monitoring for improvements, and communicating with appropriate support channels, as well as the digital marketing team, to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :
  • Monitoring for new sales and creating fulfillment cases when services are sold.
  • Entering client's business information into the corresponding platforms.
  • Connecting and maintaining the client's account and subscriptions.
  • Bi-monthly manual listing information and status checks, verification, and data entry when needed.
  • Quarterly manual client searches for duplicate listings on Google.
  • Using the corresponding platforms to identify and suppress duplicate directory listings.
  • Identifying directory status issues and working with support department and the rest of the team to resolve them.
  • Processing product cancellations and submitting the necessary documentation.
Qualifications :
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
