Join a leading agroindustry company in Texcoco as our Warehouse Supervisor ! Be part of a dynamic team managing warehouse operations that support the distribution of agricultural products nationwide.

Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support daily warehouse operations according to company policies and safety standards (receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance).
• Assist in implementing inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure accurate counts.
• Support the budgeting process by tracking expenses and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for timely, accurate deliveries; work with procurement and fleet teams.
• Enforce safety standards and EHS policies, organize safety trainings, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with the use and adoption of warehouse management technologies (WMS, RFID, barcoding).
• Recommend improvements using Lean methodology and best practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Administration, or related field.
• Warehouse management certification (desirable).
• 2-3 years of experience supervising warehouse operations or warehouse teams.
• Solid experience applying Genban, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conversational English (B1-B2).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); ERP experience (Dynamics AX) is a plus.
