A leading materials company in Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. You will oversee operational management of the warehouse, handle inventory control, and manage personnel. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience leading warehouse processes. Proficiency in MRP systems like Oracle and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles are essential.

• Experience of at least 3 years leading warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System.
• Internal Auditor certification is a plus.

Overview

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will need to inventory control, and quality in material handling.

You will report to Warehouse Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management of the Warehouse: Coordinate activities for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.

• Inventory Control: Manage cyclical counts, adjustments, and discrepancy analysis. Safety and Order: Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the area.

• Personnel Management: Coordinate and develop the warehouse team.

• Interdepartmental Interaction: Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering.

• Experience of at least 3 years leading warehouse processes.

• Proficient in MRP systems such as Oracle or WMS.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System.

• Internal Auditor.

• Roll Shifts.
