Formación

• 15+ years of senior experience in employer engagement, workforce solutions, or international talent strategy.
• Proven ability to close global employer contracts across industries.
• Deep understanding of migration policy and skilling ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard employer partners across key global destinations.
• Lead end-to-end contracting for talent sourcing and workforce mobility solutions.
• Build and lead a global employer relations team.
