A global gaming services company is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide written support in English and Portuguese. This temporary remote position requires effective multitasking and strong customer service skills. Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico is preferred. The role includes assisting players with account issues via chat, email, and tickets. Salary is 18,000.00 gross monthly, with law benefits and additional perks after three months.

Overview

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS. This position is TEMPORARY remote with the requirement to come to the office when the project requires it.

Position Summary

Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).

  • Assist with account-related questions and problems.
  • Maintain high-quality written communication in English and Portuguese.
  • Multitask effectively and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
