The Vehicle Flow Control Analyst ensures the timely procurement and delivery of units to support production schedules. This role involves closely monitoring supplier performance, managing inventory levels, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth production operations. The analyst will collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and production planners to optimize material flow and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of direct materials.
  • Track vehicle orders build to achieve daily production targets
  • Analyze production schedules and align material procurement to meet production demands.
  • Address supply chain disruptions by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to expedite shipments when necessary.
  • Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery reliability and material flow efficiency.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably in the automotive industry. Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
