A global snacking company in Puebla is seeking a Maintenance Utilities Coordinator to oversee factory services including electricity and water management. You will lead a team of 24 technicians and ensure effective maintenance practices. The Maintenance Utilities Coordinator at the Puebla plant is responsible for managing critical factory services such as electricity, water, drainage, compressed air, cooling systems, 80 and 60 water, steam, and PTAR, and ensuring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of boilers, compressors, chillers, cisterns, wells, etc. with a monthly budget of 1 million pesos under his/her responsibility. He/she is the direct leader of 24 maintenance technicians divided into electricians, mechanics, stokers, and refrigeration technicians. In terms of IL6S and quality, safety, and environmental management systems, this position is responsible for PSM 6 – Heat transfer, PSM 7 – Electrical management, as well as E4 – Water management. You are an active member of the PM pillar, with a strong focus on the management and optimization of water, electricity, and CO₂ use.
