A travel technology company is looking for a Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, interacting with potential customers and assisting them with travel bookings. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, be charismatic, and possess excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. This full-time freelance role offers a fixed salary plus commissions, flexible remote work, and several vacation days, including opportunities for travel-related perks.

Formación

  • Previous experience in sales is required.

  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; English fluency is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Contact leads who have expressed interest in the Passporter experiences, identify their needs, offer the best trip experience, and manage the travel booking process.
  • Deal with occurring requests, complaints and reviews.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Passporter trip products.
  • Maintain operation experience by following policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a good relationship and constant communication with our travel providers and internal operations team.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience.
  • You have the skills to successfully manage a sales cycle from the lead qualification to closing.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • You are a charismatic and energetic person who loves to travel and explain to others what to see and what to do in a destination.
  • A go-getter mindset: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • High flexibility and adaptation.
  • Your first language is Spanish.
  • You have fluency in English.
