About this Position

Be the key connector between laboratory innovation and industrial execution. This hybrid role in formulation and packaging ensures the seamless transformation of new product developments into scalable, high‑quality, and efficient manufacturing processes.

What you´ll do

• Lead the technology transfer of products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and execute pilot runs and validations in the plant for new formula and packaging developments.
• Act as the technical expert on the shop floor, making real‑time decisions and managing operational conflicts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, and R&D to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensure proper implementation of packaging materials and their compatibility with production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement in transfer and packaging processes, proposing innovative and practical solutions.
• Document and standardize transfer processes to ensure efficiency and replicability.

What makes you a good fit

• Education: Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Design.
• Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing environments, with proven experience in:
• Product transfer (formula and packaging) from lab to plant.
• Implementing developments on the production floor.
• Operational decision‑making and issue resolution in manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Packaging, formulation, scale‑up, validations, industrial processes.
• Languages: Advanced English (able to communicate technical topics and document in English).
• Key Competencies: Proactivity, adaptability to change, ability to work under pressure, critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership without authority
• Lead the industrialization of beauty & laundry innovations by transferring formulas and packaging from lab to plant.
• Be the technical expert on the floor, driving flawless execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and product excellence.
