Operate efficiently and maintain the line machine, complying with corrective and preventive maintenance routines, ensuring optimal operation and the correct use of the inputs necessary for production.
Responsibilities
1. Line operation and continuity
- Operate the machinery on the production line, ensuring its continuity.
- Maintain bottling line operations.
- Record the problems generated during the operation of the equipment.
2. Maintenance of machinery
- Maintain and ensure the condition of the machinery for its operation.
- Participate in maintenance plans based on the conditions of the assigned machine.
- Participate in maintenance plans based on records of problems that occurred during production.
- Perform primary cleaning and maintenance on the production line.
- Perform preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance as assigned to you.
- Record notifications in SAP of activities carried out during maintenance routines (SAP North does not apply).
- Ask the supervisor for spare parts and materials for carrying out maintenance.
3. Specialized maintenance
- Perform the required filling and sanitation valve maintenance on your line.
- Perform the weekly cleanings in flavor changes and sanitize required to keep microbiology in line.
- Perform the change of gaskets in filling valves.
4. Group manager functions (when appointed)
- Lead the team to achieve the set goals.
- Perform administrative tasks: authorization of holidays, permits, application of PMD's.
- Verify consumption and waste.
- Take actions to reduce waste generated in the plant.
- Assign raw material for the production of the product.
- Ensure that the records are filled out correctly and archived.
- Verify the quantity prepared to record the count in SAP.
- Coordinate final production count with the warehouse supervisor.
- Make the production cut with quality control.
- Make notifications in SAP of the productions made.
- Prepare a production report.
- Reconcile downtime with bottle supplier when applicable.
5. Environment and labor relations
- Promote and maintain a good work environment.
- Establish good personal and working relationships with all areas (EMC, EEC, EQAPS).
- Treat contractors, visitors, suppliers and the community with respect.
- Keep facilities and work areas in good condition.
6. Management Systems Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Document, implement, maintain and improve Management and Continuous Improvement Systems.
- Comply with and ensure compliance with SGI documentation.
- Propose and suggest improvements to Management Systems (Quality, Safety, Environmental, Safety).
- Comply with regulatory legal guidelines applicable to the process.
- Report anomalies related to environmental performance and risks.
- Participate in identifying aspects and hazards, evaluating impacts and risks.
- Propose operational controls when required.
- Consult and apply the Emergency Plan in case of spills.
- Use the appropriate PPE properly.
