Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversees efficient delivery of HR services in all parts of the local organization assigned, and partners with business or function accountable management to consult and guide decision‑making on HR topics.
• Implements and adopts policies and guidelines, plans and monitors HR budgets for the organization.
• Ensures all HR‑related operations and administration, in cooperation with SSC.
• Liaises with business or function management to manage change processes.
• Provides advice on all organization and HR‑related matters.
• Facilitates in critical cases, personal issues or with local members of works council.

Your Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Social Science
• 5 to 10 years
• OR
• University degree in Business Administration, Law, Social Science
• 5 to 10 years
