A leading social media platform is looking for a strategic leader to define the future direction of their category in Mexico City. You will be responsible for P&L management, team development, and fostering collaboration with sellers to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge and is adept at navigating ambiguity. This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence the success of the category and contribute to innovative strategies.

Responsabilidades

  • Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of the category.
  • Responsible for the P&L of category.
  • Provide industry knowledge and leverage network to ensure success of category.
  • Hire and develop a strong team.
  • Acquire and incubate sellers/merchants to support category growth.
  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into sellers' short-term and long-term development plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock sellers' potential on the platform.
  • Navigate ambiguity, adapt to frequent changes and influence key stakeholders.
  • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
