This role involves designing and maintaining testing procedures for electronic circuit board production while managing a team of Process Technicians to ensure high-quality performance. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to adapt to team and project needs.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures for electronic circuit board production.
• Manage recruitment, employee development, and performance management for Process Technicians.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging.
• Review circuit board designs for testability and provide recommendations.
