The role involves developing test solutions and improving test programs using LabVIEW, C#, and Visual Basic. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with strong project management skills required.

The Test Engineer will provide support on the transfer of products and processes, responsible for designing and implementing that ensures the quality and the functionality of a product.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead program management for product transfer, NPI (New Product Introduction), and test equipment projects.
• Develop and improve test programs using LabVIEW, C#, Visual Basic, and TestStand.
• Update and replace obsolete test equipment.
• Enhance test performance and efficiency using statistical process control tools (GR&R, CPK).

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic).
• 4-6 years of experience developing test solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in software development mainly LabVIEW, C#, Visual Basic, Test stand.
• Strong understating of product traceability and its implementation in manufacturing.
• Well-organized and strong documentation and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (conversational).
• Solid knowledge of statistical process controls (GR&R, CpK).
• Able to travel and manage transfer and NPI programs, including financial aspects.
• Proficient in MS office.
