Formación

• 4+ years of experience in HMLD engines (diesel engines).
• Experience with Cummins engines.
• Must reside in San Luis Potosí or be willing to relocate.

Job Title

Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior – Service, Cummins in San Luis Potosí, SLP

Job Summary

Provides high-quality technical training delivery on Cummins products and systems. Delivers technical training to distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel to enable technician efficiency, repair quality and customer satisfaction. Provides technical support as required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast training demand and develop plans aligned with business needs.
• Train and provide technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools.
• Build expertise through “train the trainer” sessions and ensure training materials are up to date.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and field performance.
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate technical training records and report service capability.
• Customize and adapt technical training programs and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Practical knowledge of engines; ideally, with technical-level certifications or qualifications.
• Job Location is in San Luis Potosí.
• 4+ years of experience in HMLD engines (diesel engines).
• Experience with Cummins engines.
