What will you do?
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Front Office team, ensuring smooth execution of customer projects in the plant.
  • Monitor project progress and provide constant updates to customers, guaranteeing on‑time delivery aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage order entry and follow‑up through ERP systems (SAP, MAPICS), coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Track KPIs such as OTDS, OTDC, overdue orders, and milestones to ensure service level and timely invoicing.
  • Organize and lead Factory Witness Tests (FWT), both virtual and on‑site, maintaining effective communication with customers.
  • Handle customer changes and complaints, ensuring updated information and post‑sales follow‑up for customer satisfaction.
  • Support compliance with SPS indicators and integrated management system requirements (ISO standards).

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Customer Service Manager, working closely with Front Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and impact on customer satisfaction.
