This role involves overseeing innovation projects, modernizing legacy systems, and integrating cutting-edge solutions to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years in IT development with strong leadership skills, particularly in the entertainment or digital content industries. Advanced English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's technology development and digital transformation strategy, aligned with business growth and customer experience goals.

Lead innovation, migration, and implementation projects from ideation and business case development to deployment and adoption.

Modernize legacy systems into distributed, API-driven architectures using microservices and real‑time data pipelines.

Direct the research, design, and implementation of cutting‑edge solutions (AI, IoT, Data Analytics, Automation, Cloud) to enhance entertainment experiences and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams and global technology partners to deliver high‑impact initiatives through agile and coordinated execution.

Oversee project governance, technical documentation, vendor management, and performance tracking.

Foster a culture of agile development, continuous innovation, and technical excellence within the team.

Participate in defining the overall technology architecture and ensure seamless integration across corporate systems (SAP, CRM, POS, web, and mobile platforms).

Technical Scope & Tools

• Integration and automation: Kafka, Debezium, gRPC, GraphQL.
• Data development and integration: Python (ETL), data integration and automation frameworks.
• Internal tools and visualization: Streamlit, Power BI, Grafana, Metabase.
• Omnichannel architecture: Integration with SAP, CRM, POS, and digital platforms.
• Real‑time data and distributed systems: Change Data Capture (CDC) and data pipelines.
• Cloud computing: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps, ITIL.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in Technology Management, Digital Innovation, or Project Management.

Experience

8+ years of experience in IT development, technology innovation, or solution architecture, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Proven experience in system migrations, modernization, and enterprise solution implementation.

Experience in entertainment, media, or digital content industries (preferred).

Strong background in system integration, automation, data analytics, and scalable architectures.

Advanced English proficiency, capable of managing international teams and vendors.
