A leading logistics company located in Veracruz is looking for a candidate to manage daily operations by assigning tasks and monitoring key performance indicators. The ideal applicant should have strong Excel skills, excellent time management abilities, and a positive attitude in a team environment. This role requires the ability to work independently on multiple tasks while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assign tasks based on daily resources needed.
• Update daily planning report including available manpower.
• Monitor Safety, Quality and Delivery KPI's and address issues.
• Build and review the workload of the area.
• Ensure adherence to Excellence School schedule and compliance.
• Conduct informal performance reviews with team members.
• Monitor KPI results.
• Conduct standard process confirmations with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assign task according to daily resources needed by daily at the beginning of the shift
• Updating daily planning report, including available manpower and resources
• Monitor the agreed Safety, Quality and Delivery KPI's at the individual level and address the issue during performance review of his/her team.
• Build and review the Wl of the area, including understanding and detailed process and deviations that may occur during the process execution
• Ensure adherence to Excellence School schedule, escape any issues with the compliance Participate in shift handover with the colleague of previous shift
• Conduct informal performance review with low and high performing employees as per KPI Tree for individual management
• Monitor KPI results in respective KPI Tree
• Conduct standard process confirmation with 100% of your team out of - 10% and +10% in the deviation range. Conduct Standard Confirmation for Safety via BBS Use of First Choice Tools to drive continuous improvement activities.
