For this fully remote role (in Mexico), you’ll play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, supporting permanent and freelance hiring across the US and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates roles across the US and LATAM.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely, professional, and inclusive communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer processes via Employer of Record (EOR) and other platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders in the US and UK to align recruitment priorities across regions.
- Maintain talent pipelines and promote the employer brand across relevant sourcing channels.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, such as time-to-source and interview-to-offer ratios.
- Contribute to hiring process improvements, including documentation, tools, and communication templates.
- Support the global talent team with global hiring efforts and pipeline development for critical roles.
- Ensure consistency in employer branding and compliance across regions.
- Provide guidance to hiring teams on local labor requirements, compliance standards, and recruitment systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on both LATAM & US market.
- Experience recruiting across creative, media, digital, and client services functions within advertising and marketing agencies.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end hiring for permanent positions.
- Working knowledge of right-to-work laws, labour regulations, and employee classification standards in Mexico and/or the broader LATAM region.
- Familiarity with employment compliance requirements, including independent contractor vs. employee distinctions, local tax implications, and onboarding processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple job requisitions and prioritise effectively.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Pinpoint is a plus but not essential.
- Familiarity with contractor platforms such as Worksome.
- Familiarity with hiring processes, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
- Experience collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self‑sufficient, proactive, and results‑oriented approach.
- Understanding of regional onboarding, contractor engagement, and documentation processes.
