A global healthcare company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish. This role offers a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence twice a week, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on delivering better health globally.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of recruitment experience in a complex organization.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in ATS and TA tools.
  • Microsoft Office suite skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for roles.
  • Partner with TA Leaders and HR Partners for strategic TA needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is seeking a to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the talent market, talent acquisition practices, and tools to ensure full visibility to external market trends

How you will contribute:
  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for roles including sourcing, talent mapping, interview pre-offer, through to offer negotiation
  • feedback/consultation
  • Partner with TA Leaders, HR Partners, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring initiatives
  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization and an ability to execute complex recruitment strategies independently, advise others, and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Strong communication skills (English/Spanish) with business proficiency in English language is
  • Experience in ATS and TA tools
  • Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and handle a large volume of tasks
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in pharma/biotech/life sciences
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing/screening
  • Regional hiring experience (US & Canada)
  • Experience managing Workday is preferred
