A leading consumer goods company based in Mexico, Estado de México is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in international industrial companies and proven success in full-cycle recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Consultant acts as a Clorox “Talent Magnet,” leading the end-to-end recruiting process by building bold sourcing strategies, driving effective screening and interviewing, guiding hiring managers to successful offers, and leveraging strong networks and TA tools to connect top talent to Clorox opportunities. This role requires strategic execution, analytical strength, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with Functional Leaders and HR representatives.
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
