A leading IT services firm in Ciudad de México seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to serve as the primary contact for user hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, alongside 4-5 years in IT, with strong desk-side experience. Excellent communication and customer focus are essential.
