Formación

The QualiFind Group is managing a search for a Supply Chain Manager for our client's manufacturing, sales, service and distribution business across Latin America.

We are seeking candidates with the experience to work across various business units to standardize and improve our client's operational performance by implementing and developing tools and processes in S&OP, purchasing, and improved logistics management to include better collaboration with global Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement supply chain dashboards and periodic performance reviews with all units.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
  • Coordinate inventory reviews (full inventory health checks and SMO) to identify improvement opportunities and ensure execution.
  • Lead cross-divisional initiatives to optimize inventories and improve service: Regional inventory strategies & hubs, Portfolio optimization, Development of local / regional suppliers, among others.
  • Determine CAPEX requirements, control expenses, and analyze deviations.
  • Create training materials and carry out training sessions on Supply Chain processes & Tools.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management including adherence to AOP & SMO reduction.
  • Local / Regional sourcing: % of lines OR USD sourced locally / regionally.
  • Regional Projects: Adherence to a Project timeline.
  • Ability to make decisions, draw conclusions, communicate and listen, leverage analytical skills, and develop consensus with others.
  • Development of Suppliers.
Education & Experience
  • Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain‑related areas, Business Administration, Engineering.
  • Supply Chain certification.
  • 5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
  • Experience in S&OP or Foreign Trade is a plus.
  • Software: Office and SAP.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English (advanced).
