A leading global manufacturing service provider in Mexico is looking for a Trade Compliance Supervisor. This role ensures compliance with International Trade Regulations, manages origin qualifications, and supports the IMMEX program. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in International Business, advanced English proficiency, and 2-3 years of experience in Trade Compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential as the role involves monitoring regulatory changes and conducting risk assessments.
JOB SUMMARY
The Trade Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring full compliance with International Trade Regulation applicable to Mexico. This position requires advanced knowledge of Free Trade Agreement (FTAs), origin determinations, US Trade remedies, and Mexico trade programs such as IMMEX. The role supports all Jabil Mexico sites by providing technical guidance, risk analysis, and regulatory oversight to minimize customs exposure and ensure proper duty treatment.
Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora environments.
Familiarity with customs audits and origin verifications.
Attention to details and strong compliance mindset.
