A leading cosmetics company is looking for a Market Planner to assist in demand and planning duties, including estimating product demand and managing inventory at the country level. The role involves developing forecast models and leading communications within the supply chain. Successful candidates must have over three years of relevant experience, a degree in business or engineering, and strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential, along with fluent English.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as Demand Planner, Supply Planner or CPFR Sr.
• Integrity & Accountability – operate with the highest ethical standards.
• Detailed working knowledge of effective supply chain performance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop demand forecast through the S&OP cycle.
• Drive and conduct S&OP meetings to address risk timely.
• Provide visibility of demand in week/month/quarter buckets.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
