A leading technology provider is seeking a Strategic Account Director for Latin America based in Mexico. The role involves shaping client relationships, driving revenue growth, and working cross-functionally to deliver solutions in the financial market infrastructure sector. Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of experience in sales or account management, a strong background in strategic decision-making, and be comfortable with analytical tools. A hybrid work model is available, requiring in-office work at least 3 days a week.

Strategic Account Director Latin America.

Financial Market Infrastructure – The Role

We're looking for a Strategic Account Director – Latin America to join our team, reporting to the AVP, Sales.

In this role, you'll help shape how we grow strategic client relationships, drive revenue, and deliver impactful solutions across the financial market infrastructure landscape. You'll fit right in if you're client-focused, strategic, and results-driven, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.

What You'll Do
  • Lead regional sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior-level stakeholders across key accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams to exceed targets.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, close complex deals, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Strong communicator with experience in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and other CRM or analytics platforms.
Nice to Have
  • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, PMP).
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with working across diverse cultures and international markets.

This position will be located in Mexico City, Mexico and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
