• Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC/BPO environment.
• Knowledge of IT HR Systems.
• Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cases raised that are routed from HR SSC Tier 1.1.
• Resolve tickets submitted by Employees, Global Process Owners, and other functions.
• Create content for internal trainings.
