A leading healthcare company is seeking a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage candidates for U.S.-based roles. This position starts remotely and transitions to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico, once the office is established. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for U.S.-based roles across a variety of functions. This role plays a key part in developing and executing sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcer will partner closely with a dedicated recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified talent that meets hiring needs. This is a remote role for approximately the first year, with the expectation to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the local office is established. The position reports to the Sourcing Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
  • Partner closely with a recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms and tools, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking groups, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct outreach and initial engagement with passive and active candidates to gauge interest and fit.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Accurately track sourcing activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives through professional and timely communication.
  • Stay current on U.S. labor market trends and sourcing best practices to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment practices throughout the sourcing process.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role.
  • Experience sourcing for U.S.-based roles strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and online sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Technically savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions.
Additional Requirements
  • This position will start as remote and transition to onsite in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is operational (approximately within the first year).
  • No travel is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
