As a Senior Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell Building Automation (BA). You will lead and manage specific vertical accounts, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success.

You will report directly to the Regional Business Manager HBS LATAM and work based in Nuevo León with customers located throughout the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role and key accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in building solutions and projects (security, safety, energy management and integration software).
  • Knowledge of building global certifications such as LEED, green building and systems regulations such as NFPA.
