Formación

• 10+ años de experiencia en aplicaciones de manufactura Oracle E-Business.
• 7+ años de experiencia trabajando con aplicaciones de manufactura Oracle como Analista de Negocios.
• Conocimiento profundo de procesos de manufactura en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
• Experiencia en sistemas MES.
• Bilingüe en inglés y español.

Descripción y detalle de las actividades

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing projects and managing the production support of the Manufacturing, and Quality applications in Oracle E-Business Suite. He / she will be working is proficient in project management as it relates to ICU Medical business and Manufacturing application projects, enhancements, and minor break / fix with the Business to document requirements and assisting in the development of designs for new implementations. The role requires in-depth knowledge of internal business and processes, including Inventory, BOM, WIP and EAM. This position will interface with various departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide application support to users at global manufacturing, service, and warehouse locations and maintain existing applications
• Serve as liaison between technology and business end-users.
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
• Triage incidents / problems with Procurement systems as they arise (as Tier II / III support), Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues within Oracle EBS and either manage or directly perform enhancements / fixes to provide resolution satisfactory to our business partners.
• Lead and manage the application support including working with Oracle Support, External Service Providers and System Integrators to resolve application issues
• Manage the application support and enhancement requests queue logged in the Service Desk application, ServiceNow, for Manufacturing and Quality applications. This will require conducting meetings with the business stakeholders, prioritizing requests, and driving resolution of the issues and requests
• Manage and support the Change Control process for application issues.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related equivalent IT field

10+ years’ experience in Oracle E-Business manufacturing applications with at least 7+ years in R12 required

Experience in MES systems

7+ years’ of experience working with Oracle Manufacturing applications as a Business Analyst and / or Business Systems Analyst

Knowledge / experience with using Oracle Application Tables, SQL, PL / SQL

5+ years’ of experience supporting Oracle E-Business applications

5+ years’ of experience in implementing Oracle E-Business manufacturing applications

Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes in Oracle E-Business Suite, in a Federally Regulated Medical Device industry

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
